Bowl Of Berries With Almond Milk

If you are looking for a substation for cereal, then you should consider trying a bowl of berries and coconut milk. You should have a variety of berries, including blackberries, strawberries and blueberries. Berries are not only tasty, but they offer a variety of health benefits. Berries contain antioxidants that help protect the heart. These antioxidants may also reduce the risk of cancer. Furthermore, these antioxidants help promote healthy skin.

Almond milk is a great substitution for dairy milk. It is an excellent source of calcium. In fact, almond milk has more calcium than dairy milk. It is also an excellent source of vitamin A.

Avocado-Bacon Omelet

Like most other paleo meals, the avocado-bacon omelet is rich in protein. In fact, one avocado-bacon omelet will provide you with 17 grams of protein. In order to make the avocado-bacon omelet, you will need four slices of bacon, one avocado, four eggs, two tablespoons of fresh,minced cilantro and two tablespoons of red onion. The first thing that you will need to do is cook the bacon until it is crisp. Cut your avocado in half and remove the pit while the bacon is cooking. Place the flesh from the avocado inside of the bowl. Mash the avocado up but do not make it too fine.

Add the cilantro and onion to the avocado. When the bacon is done, crumble it and add it to the avocado. Now, you can make your omelets one at a time.

Chicken-Avocado Soup

You will need six cups of chicken broth, one diced avocado, one garlic clove, four scallions, one teaspoon of sriracha, one pound of boneless skinless chicken breast. Pour the broth into a saucepan and heat it on medium-heat. Pour in the sriracha. Slice the scallions and separate the crisp green and white parts. You will also need to dice avocado and chicken into small pieces.

Stir in the scallions and chicken while the broth is simmering. Crush in the garlic. Bring the soup to a simmer and allow it to simmer for 10 minutes.
